Met Jane.

Jane took me for the U.Maryland tour, it's quite beautiful. Hard to find a park slot and the buildings are from 19 century. The most specific spot is the great lawn inside the campus, a lot of buildings are surrounding it, including the most aged library. This is where U.Maryland started. U.Maryland started with sociology and history departments at least a century ago, the science and engineering departments are founded in the last few decades. Inside the great lawn, there is a sundial and a foutain, the bricks around the fountain are carved with graudated Ph.D students' names. While we were there, looks like some people are shooting a commercial film. They also have a very fancy gym. The state of Maryland is contesting for the next Olympic Games, and one of the facility they stated is U. Maryland's gym.

Then we went to the Costco buying some BBQ stuffs. For Jane is the chairman of U.Maryland Taiwan Associates and the Chinese Moon Festival is coming up. They are planning have a BBQ party at a small lake nearby. Having lunch with Sam at a Koeran restaurant, also Jane of course. After lunch, Sam get back to work. We put Jane's grocceries to her apartment and then leaving for Baltimore.

The place we've arrived is called Inner Harbor, I can't remember why makes it so special, but it's now a touring spot of Baltimore. Around the harbor, there're Hard Rocks, Barnes and Noble, ESPN, World Trade Center, a submarine and an aquarium. There're some bricks on the ground is carved with the names of current Baltimore Orioles players. Looks like people at Maryland like to carve names on the bricks :).

Inner Harbor didn't caught me too much interest, and then we went for an outlet called Arurdle Mills. I bought a bottle of perfume(CK be), several Bodyshop's lipbalms as gifts, and a luguage!! Jane bought something else at the Bodyshop, so she could get the membership card while there's some special promotion.

At night, Sam took us to George Town, we're going for the Good Guy Strip Bar. This bar is suppose to be the Top 10 strip club in North America. The entrance fee is 7 dollars each, and you can get a bottle of beer(Corona?). Just as Sam mentioned before, if you don't tip the girls regularily, then the waitress or the bodyguard would rush you to leave, but at that time, you wouldn't wanna stay too. The night we've arrived is quite wintry, though there're full of crowds, but not too much people would tip the girls. We even saw 15 girls on the stage at the same time as a special service. As for Sam's speaking, he never met this before. We stayed for about half an hour, and when the waitress asked us to leave, we did. BTW, the most cute girls I've seen that night, is none of the girls on the stage but one waitress who is waiting on us. All waitress are wearing sexy clothes but not naked of course.

Take China Town's long-distance bus to Washington D.C. Two-way tickets only cost $15 while a single trip of Grayhound costs $45.

Arriving D.C. China Town after 9 PM, it's all empty on the street, even Starbucks is closed. Take D.C. subway to Greenville.
